I just purchased a 1999 Town and Country minivan and I would like to know where the air filter is located.?

Between the battery and the headlight. You need to remove the assembly that has a hose going to it from you rocker cover (two screws need to be removed that hold the assembly to the front top frame. The air filter is located under this assembly.
