If you are under the age or 18,yes you do need your fathers permission.Fortunately if you get married with your fiancee' then you could get emancipated with out any problems.If you can't get married or your father to agree you would have to appear in court to get emancipated.

Assuming both parents have custody, they have an equal say, so she has to have permission from both. Even if only one parent has custody, that parent giving the child permission to move in with an adult boyfriend would certainly give the non-custodial parent ammunition to petition for a change of custody, and they would get it (because obviously the custodial parent is no longer interested in having physical custody of the child). When you turn 18, you can move in with anybody you want.
