I signed for a new care in Georgia and now ther are saying the bank will not finance us. Can they take the car back sinced we already have had the car for over a month?

Never worked in GA but typically you sign a contract with the DEALERSHIP then the dealer checks a box and signs over the contract to the bank. So in most states... technically, you own the car. You just need a good lawyer that knows what they are doing.

Technically you are not the owner of the vehicle until you have paid every repayment it is the property of the finance company. Just because the vehicle is in your possession does not mean that it is yours as the contract that you signed has not been forfilled (the paying in full part)
