Condoms are sold in most supermarkets or chemists (pharmacies) and there is no restriction on who can buy them. If you go to the shop alone and pay in cash there is no reason why your parents will know. You can also get condums from public restrooms as long as you have a few quarters.

∙ 10y agoAt 13 years old you should talk with someone you trust about having sexual intercourse, if you want to have sex without your parents knowing because it is a big step and quite a young age to do so. Perhaps the close friend or relative that you talk to will get the condoms for you. Condoms can be purchased without ID in many supermarkets and pharmacies.
