The simplest way is to change the keyboard layout in the operating system settings - look for something like "keyboard" or "input devices", and there should be an option somewhere to select keyboard layout or "input language" or something along those lines.
You will then change the entire keyboard, not just one key, but if you are familiar with the layout it is normally not too much of a problem.

You could use Google to look up Spanish letters then copy and paste it on Facebook. It is a lot easier than configuring your keyboard to a Spanish keyboard.
You can hold down the Alt key on your keyboard and then type the numbers 0191. Or you can download the Spanish language keyboard from the Related Link below. It will require you to learn some key combinations for the punctuation and letters in Spanish that are different from English.
