There can be no given 'ideal' weight for a 12-year-old because weight is related to height and body composition rather than age, However, growth charts can give a general idea of a child's weight and height in relation to their peers. Please see the page link, listed under Related Questions, for further information and to see the distribution of weights and heights of children at various ages.

Depends on how tall he or she is. if your weight in kilograms divided by (your length times your length) in meters is between 18 and 24 you should be okay. (BMI) For example: I am 75 kilograms and 1,87 meters So my BMI is 75/(1,87 x 1,87) = 21,4 => I have a healthy weight.

That depends on you're height, bone structure, boy or girl, and parents body type. When I was twelve I was about 90 pounds or so, but that's just me.

The most healthy weight for a 12 year old is not under 60 but not over 100. This is just what I think, you should ask a pediatrician for a more accurate answer.
