i assume you mean "bench press". there is no "yes" or "no" answer, there are too many variables.
125 doesn't tell me anything about your height, your build, genetics, activity level, diet, etc. from experience, having more upper body strength doesn't do you much good if you're a soccer player.
furthermore, my best piece of advice, don't focus on your bench press alone; your back needs to develop or you will have horrible posture.
i can squat over 300 and clean about 180 (more than i weigh), my back is really strong... but i can't do much for bench press because my shoulders are not in the best shape (genetics, it's a family problem).
I good rule of thumb is that if a male can bench press 1 1/2 times his bodyweight, then he's pretty strong. If you are touching your chest with the bar on the way down and if your butt stays on the bench the entire time, then yes anything over 225lb with a bodyweight of 150lb IS strong!
Being able to bench 240 at that weight is an unbelievable acheivement! If you have that ability you can use that as a major boost to bodybuilding or powerlifting......
If you build on that strength who could basically acheive the unacheivable...
Also you would have no problem bulking up and then getting shredded
but remember that correct form is key
best of luck whoever you are
Well I'm 15 weigh 165 and bench 200 but I workout alot.

Its considered good to bench your weight. But you should never rep your max, star lower and do about 10x
