The bird in question is exhibiting "taxis", meaning a purposeful forward locomotion. The bird is flying by due to being scared from its roost, seeking shelter, seeking food, or simply was compelled to by dumb animal instinct.

Additionally, unless the bird is a snowy egret, a snowy owl, a white pelican, or a grouse/ptarmigan with winter plumage (with a few more exceptions) it is likely that the bird you see has albinism or is descended from a domestic bird.

I saw a white bird flying at night it flow past my car. I had 2 hit my breaks because it flow so close I didn't want to hit it and as I was bout 2 drive on again to landed right in-front of my car and stayed for a good min and then flow away. Does anyone no what this means?
