President Barack Obama was born in Hawaii, so the rest of the question is meaningless. But for those 19% of Americans who are "birthers" and insist the president was born in Kenya, it was his FATHER (who has the same name as the president) who was Kenyan. The president's mom was born in Kansas and raised in California, Texas, Washington state and then Hawaii. There is no evidence she was ever in Kenya.
