According to my calculations if you cut the tray into 32 pieces that the dimensions would be 2 by 1.828125 so you could cut them 2 inches by approximately 1 and a half inches. I hope this helped and I hope your brownies turn out good :D

There is no way to make 20 square equal size brownies, but there are several options for rectangular brownies.
