how do I get the answer to my Question?
No.
Not unless you get emancipated (the pregnancy don't do that) or married.
only if you are emancipated
Only with parental consent unless she has been emancipated by the court.
NO, unless she is emancipated, her boyfriend can be charged with statutory rape or lewd acts with a minor......
At 16, you need parental permission anyways just to be emancipated. But with parental permission, I think she can live with her boyfriend. The only problem would be that she's a minor and he's not, but I think she is much less a minor when emancipated.
An 18 year old is an adult and cannot be emancipated.
