First the insurance companies will assess responsibility. Then, if you are unhappy with that outcome you will need to sue in court and let a judge decide.
The car that was moving when they struck each other...
The Vehicle that hit you would be responsible for your damages to your vehicle.
Same as if your not parallel parking. Whoever it was that hit the other car is liable for the damages and repairs.
It uses too much fuel. And that damages our environment. It uses too much space: parking at home, parking at the shop or store, parking at work, roads.
Yes. You are responsible for parking your vehicle in a way that damage will not be caused to another's vehicle. So say you park on a hill and the vehicle rolls back and hits another vehicle, you are liable.
your auto insurance
The Person who hit your car.
your car is parked unless you have someway or another had the car in drive while you weren't in it then how can you pay for damages you did not incur and if you weren't parked in a no parking zone or a handicap spot then the person who hit you is responsible for all damages because they weren't paying any attention
Im sure a right and wrong party can be identified. But is it really worth it? If damages are so minimum and you and the other party can agree to take care of your own damages, then I say its a good idea.
lol. move the car to another slot. no seriously.... the correct thing to do is if you know the person tell him and offer to pay for the damages. if you do not know the person leave a note with a contact number of who you are how to get a hold of you. also leave the name of your insurance company.
THE CAR NEEDS FRONT BRAKES............................
The Apt. comp. is responsible!!!!!
