She doesn't have the "right" to move in. If you decide to do this in lieu of child support, get a court order that recognizes this arrangement.
yes
Get a job in catering, make sure your parents aren't still receiving child benefits for you and you can claim from the government. Your job and the benefits should be enough to secure you some short-term accomadation, at least.
You can get a job, move out and support yourself and then do what you want to do.
Since when can a child have credit? They need a steady job in order to apply for credit. And Mom would have to sign for that, if the child is under the age of majority....so in fact Mom is responsible to pay the bill if the child defaults on payments. Basically it is Mom's credit card.
Well, depends. Does Mom have custody? Is child under-aged?
mom will become angry with her child and her child will be stubborned to buy anything he wants
There are many reasons being a teen mon is not a good idea. Some of those reasons are:You are still in school and need to concentrate on getting a good education. You are not prepared to provide for a child financially. You will lose out on your own childhood/teen years.Someone else (usually the girl's parents) will have to provide for the mom and the child until the mom finishes school and possibly college, and finds a job that will pay enough for the mom to provide for the child or the mom gets married.Having a child before you are prepared to raise the child and provide for the child is not fair to the child, or even to the mom.
Probably not. Having a child doesn't qualify one as an adult.
