I honestly can't give you a correct response. I could give you my opinion and that's it. Assuming he does care about you a great deal, there can be a possiblity that he is busy with other things ie. work, personal affairs, or even another girl. But I think the best way to go about this is to just ask him. He needs to know what your thinking. Communication is the most important part of a relationship. I can't say for sure but, I was there. I really cared for this girl. I never made time to see her or be with her. Obviously, I regret it. The preverbial "chasing Amy". I would have to say that I didn't make time for her because I was too afraid of getting hurt again. It ended bad. Well, I got hurt I still blame myself for what happened.
