Glad to say the "Plumbing is wrong" for that to happen. Pregnancy must happen in the Uterus. The uterus is open DOWNWARD to the the Vagina not Upward to the stomach or mouth. Sex through the Vagina is required to cause pregnancy.
The mouth is connected to the stomach & the stomach is full of acid & that would kill the sperm. Also the stomach isn't open in any way to the Vagina or uterus, so no babies through Oral sex.
There is nothing harmful in the ejaculate of a healthy male but a male infected with STD's could pass those along to the partner. If either the male or the female has a Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD & Including HIV/AIDS), that disease can be transmitted. Some STD's can be easily treated with Antibiotics others can be DEADLY. Syphilis, Gonorrhea, chlamydia, Herpes, AIDS/HIV, genital warts, Hepatitis are all STD's & some can kill you others are treatable, Condoms area good line of defense for most diseases but they too can fail.

∙ 13y agoA female cannot get pregnant unless semen is ejaculated into her womb or vagina from the penis. Cunniligus(or sucking/licking) of the vagina will not cause impregnation.
