If a plant doesn't have a flower how do they get seeds?

By waiting. Flowers exist to make seeds by attracting insects to exchange pollen to fertilize the egg parts, or by putting the egg parts in the way of wind-blown pollen. After that happens, seeds form somewhere on the same stem. The common Sunflower head will simply change from yellow to dark, as petals and other parts dry and drop off and each seed grows and makes a cover. Coneflowers do that, Bee Balm does that. Other plants make seeds in another place below the flower face, perhaps making a hard case with seeds inside as with Carolina Allspice, or a soft fruit as with apples. Beans and squash do the opposite, extending the seed case way beyond where the flower was. What you do to get the seeds follows what the plant did to make the finished seeds. For Black-eyed Susans, you turn the old flower head down over something that will catch the seeds as they fall out. For Impatiens, you try to keep the bean from exploding the seeds away before you trap them. For a watermelon, you don't eat the seeds. For Daffodils, you pluck and break the pod after it dries brown. For Morning Glories, you can put a sheet below the vine and sweep up the tiny seeds that will fall thick as spilled pepper.

Alot of plants dont have flowers, you can always take a branch from the plant and stick it in water, and re root it, then replant it.
