If a woman barely works and doesn't have medical insurance and does drugs and is very sexually advanced what are her chances of being HIV positive?

High. But the barely working thing has nothing to do with it. the drugs and sexual advancement do. Get tested. I totally disagree with the previous answer. Once you clear away ridiculous stereotypes, there is nothing at all in what you have said that would indicate that this woman is at any higher risk of contracting HIV than anyone else is. The fact that someone is a drug user (which covers a huge spectrum of behaviour) and sexually advanced, doesn't necessarily mean that they are engaged in any sort of high-risk behaviour or even that they have multiple sexual partners.
