Follow the hose from the top of the radiator to the engine block, you will find it inside the hose where it meets the engine.
Actually, there is a "C" shaped hose on the passenger side of the engine, and at the bottom of this hose is a housing held on with four bolts. Remove the hose, then the four bolts. The thermostat is located inside this water outlet housing.
