Pregnancy is dated by adding 2 weeks to the weeks that you are.. for example.. if you are 11 weeks then you actually concieved 9 weeks ago.. they actually count pregnancy from your last menstrual period, even though you were not actually pregnant for about 2 more weeks..

Ultrasound gives an estimate of the age of the foetus. At this stage of the pregnancy, it's quite accurate, but it's still only an estimate, and the date of conception could be a few days, even a week, away from the date 19 weeks and 2 days ago.
