it should also be on the keyless entry system unit mounted under the rear deck it the trunk. where the rear speakers are. the code will also be located on the rear valance or on the lock unit itself. the unit is located under the "package shelf" located in the trunk
Just a long shot, but check inside the trunk for a sticker.

Standing in front of the trunk open it up. The key code should be on the right hinge (made of metal) of the trunk. In white Label background the code will be in Black 5 digits.

If its the code for the keyless remote entry, the buttons on the drivers door, The factory set code can usually be found on the right arm of the trunk hinge. Even it the code is changed, the code set at the factory (default) can still be used to unlock the door.
Factory places it on the Lift Rod in the trunk. Some owners write it in the owner's manual. If the sticker is not there, you'll need to go to a dealership to get the master code.
Open your trunk and look on in inner side of your right side trunk hinge. You should see a white label with numbers in black. That is the factory code for your keyless entry..:)

THE TRUNK RELEASE BUTTON IS ON THE REMOTE IF YOU HAVE POWER LOCK AND KEYLESS ENTRY. THERE IS NO TRUNK RELEASE INSIDE OF THE FOCUS
