Hmm i don't think I'm quite understanding this. It could use a little more inprovement.This helped me understanded the 12-hour differences and also some things i did not understand before but not the main question!. Its a little complex for littler kids.

That depends on the time of year, since Greenwich is on Greenwich Mean Time (GMT/UTC) during part of the year and on British Summer Time (BST/UTC+1) during part of the year. Some of the places on the opposite side of the world also observe Summer Time (Daylight Saving Time).
