A timing cover and belt are not really related. However if you confused the timing cover with a time-it cover, I would guess there is more info that you aren't following. But asking questions will get you to a better understanding. Sounds like a water pump or other pulley seized, I would guess. That is why it (the belt) broke the first time. Maybe, when it broke it also broke the cover.
what belts are you talking about the ones you can see on the side of the engine? because I don't think you are talking about a timing belt because I am pretty sure Saturn uses timing chains and if you can see the belt breaking then it is most likely a drive belt (serpentine) and not the timing belt (chain) as it is covered. So is you mean the big long serpentine belt you only have to replace it but if you replace it and it keeps breaking then check your pulleys and water pump to make sure they aren bent or damaged

Almost all body parts from a 94 will fit on a 91.
Yes, the front ends should be identical.
Yes. The sc1 is a coupe.
It is on the driver side, behind headlight.
The 1997 Saturn Coupe was built in two engine options, a 1.9L SOHC, and 1.9L DOHC. API 0W30 and 5W30 are the best recommended viscosities for these engines. Additionally, 10W30s can be used.
The Saturn Sky has a roasster coupe body style. It looks a little like a mixture between a Porsche and a Lamborghini.
Actually the seats will fit inside the camaro but you wont have any seat belts. The seat belts in a coupe are mounted in the roof and the seat belts in a convertible are mounted on the sides of the seats. so the seat will fit but you will have to buy some seat belts or use your old ones. The back seats should have no problems tho. I have a 2002 Camaro.
6.5" with an oddball mounting pattern.
if you know what you are doing, a day.
That depends on the model. Saturn made the SC, which was the "sports coupe", could be considered a sports car; and the Sky was definitely a sports car.
The codes have to be removed with a scanner. Go to Auto Zone and they will do it for free.

Yes and no. Yes there are 2 major belts. The cam belt and serpentine belt. The serpentine belt you can see and it should be inspected and replaced when necessary. The cam belt is hidden and it MUST be replaced at 110,000 miles along with the water pump. This is an interference engine and if the cam belt breaks serious engine damage will occur, so do not neglect replacing the cam belt.
They have timing chains that last the lifetime of the engine (don't need to be replaced!)
The computer with input from the engine coolant temperature sensor.
happened to me on my 2006 coupe and the dealership said the window relay was burned out, had to get it replaced less than a yr. after I bought the car
Look for your belts, the water pump is driven by what used to be called fan belts, so there are a series of belts on the side that your water pump is located, so look on each side of your motor for fan belts that is the side that your water pump is located
Remove 4 10 mm nuts under trunk lid then separate from sealer.
That is caused by cavitation. The fluid level is too high. Drain out the excess fluid.
