Your fish are very sick. It is likely bacterial. Add AQUARIUM salt to your tank. Figure the size of your tank and salt it over the course of 24 hours up to a solution of % 0.3 salt, NOT three percent, but point three percent. Do change outs and keep it at this solution for at least two weeks. Perform 1/4 regular water change outs weekly from now on. After you have changed out much of the heavily salted water you should ALWAYS add salt. A good measure is one heaped tablespoon for every five gallons. Do not overfeed your fish. Consider buying a UV sterilizer. You can find a great one at goldfishconnection.com. I also advise you buy the black book on their site and the medicated food. I am very fond of the regular foods they recommend as well. Salad supreme, and sho gold. Enjoy your goldfish!
