You pay the fine or you go to court for that. - will her insurance company be notified? - No. If you drive her car with the expired lisence plate you pay the fine.
A speeding ticket can have a large impact on someone's monthly car insurance rate. This is because the rate increases because speeding is associated with reckless driving.
All driving infractions affect your insurance. Drive safely!
This would only affect the drivers DMV record. It would not impact the insurance or MVR of the owner of the vehicle. http://www.coloradosbestinsurance.com
Speeding tickets affect your insurance rates for at least 3 years in most states.
will a speeding ticket in Europe affect my U.S. driving record?
If you get your first speeding ticket with no points does your insurance go up?
Generally YES.
Most likely it will affect both.
== == NO, but it WILL affect your car insurance costs.

Probably not, depending on how much you were speeding by. However if you are setting up your insurance let them know about it up front because those mongrels have people that do nothing but dig up excuses for not paying you out if you have an accident. and not being upfront with your driving record can lead to problems with some insurance mobs. Warnings are not recorded on your driving record and the insurance company cannot see them.
