Your first step should be to speak to a responsible adult about what is happening - especially if you suspect that the perpetrator(s) is a colleague (school, work, etc.).

Next you can contact your internet service provider or phone operating company, they can either block the senders or ban them.

Finally there is the police - who nowadays have systems set up to investigate this as it is viewed very seriously.
