What were the circumstances? Not really enough information was given in the question. The general answer is, yes, they do. If they haven't relinquished ownership to it, or given it to you then they still own it.
That depends on who actually owns the house. If you are still married, the property is probably held as tenants in the entirety, which means she has as much right to have someone in the house as you do. If it is 'your house' in that you are the only one on the deed, no she cannot.
Yes there is but it leaves much room for the house to still doctor the lane.
If you make the choice to be celibate, then it shouldn't be a problem for you. It is when sex is denied someone who wants it that there is a problem. Celibate is not having sex with someone else, that still leaves masturbation.
dump him and find someone who will treat you right
he/she is probly very bored, or is still. infatuated by you
If the deed says that they own it together with rights of survivorship, it will go to the spouse. Still, even if the one will says that she leaves her half to a child, the entire house will still belong to the surviving spouse if she dies first.
Pay nothing cause u still have to wait
The House of night series doesn't have any plans to be made into a movie or a tv show right now.
Generally speaking, it is still their property, although you might want to charge a reasonable fee for storage.
i think the answer is that leaves have to evolve so that they can adapt to different environments so their leaves have to change. for example, the cactus has evolved in such a way that the roots are dug deeper into the ground so that they can get the water from underneath the earth so that they can get water and nutrients. the plant it self however does not have leaves, and it has evolved so that it can still go through the photosynthetic process. the leaves are actually the spines of the cacti. they then carry out their process just as other plants do. they have evolved to adapt to the dry weather. i don't know if that answer is right... if it's wrong can someone correct it please?
If you can see that there are leaves in a given location where there are no trees (or other plants) of that species, from which those leaves might have fallen, that means that the leaves came from somewhere else. And they may have stuck to someone's body. It's not exactly conclusive proof of anything, but it might still be a useful clue.
I would like to know where I stand as my husband has died and left our house to me, but his first wifes name is still on the titles to the house. Where do i stand with this. After his divorce he was under the impression he had bough his wife out of her right to the house.
