Try going to higher authorities, such as elders, teachers,anybody like that. Tell them about it, and they could possibly help. Ignore him so that it gets boring for your bully to bully you. If you somehow get in a situation where you can't possibly ignore him, focus on something else. I completely agree with the above. Also, make sure you are not alone when the bully is around, abuse thrives on silence and isolation. Surround yourself with friends and make them aware of what is happening to you. Power in numbers.
