-if it work on hi only, check blower resistor
-did you check the fuses
-hit the blower with a hammer and see it that gets it going. if so, replace
-has the blower been noisy lately? if so, replace
-what kind of car is this? edsel? corvair? skyline?
The water pump is located on the passenger's side of the vehicle near where the engine belt is located (on a 3.3L engine). It seems to be a little difficult to get to. Have always had someone else replace my water pump don't know how difficult it is to replace.

it's usually pretty difficult. The fuel pump is located inside the fuel tank, so you have to drop the tank out of the vehicle to change it.
Underneath the front of vehicle, attached to the frame. Horn is difficult to get to and remove (small space). Jack up vehicle or drive on wheel ramps, lifting front end of vehicle. Make sure the vehicle is secure. Look for round cylinder shaped horn located behind left side parking light on bumper. If you are unsure what you're looking at, the horn will have a two wire plug attached to it. Good luck!
In park the park pin is engaged to prevent the vehicle from rolling away. In neutral there is nothing to prevent the vehicle from rolling away
