there are a lot of issues that contribute to a woman not getting or having a late cycle, a lot of stress is the prime reason, if she is athletic, and even some medications. There are also other medical reasons that a woman would not have her period.
Unfortunately ALL pregnancies are different. I have heard of women who have had periods their entire pregnancy, I have heard of women who have had their periods for a few months, some women spot in the beginning, some women spot through their whole pregnancy.
