If you've been in the US for the last five years and overstayed your visa is it possible in any way to get your status changed and live and work in the US without getting married?

It pretty much depends in the country you are from, the government will allow some countries and some not certain international privileges, I think it is pretty hard to get your status changed unless you applied for a permit while your visa was good.
