Texas age of majority is 18, therefore your parents could file a report and request that the authorities take you into custody and return you to their home. Or they could request juvenile authorities to you into custody and use appropriate action prescribed under juvenile codes. One of those actions might be placing the teen in a group home with constant supervision. The age of consensual sex is 17, therefore that would not be applicable. However, Texas Compulsory Education law is 18, and could be used to enforce the return of the teen to school and/or parental or DFS/juvenile custody.

No. There are only a few things that a child can do without parents' consent, and moving in with a boyfriend is not one of them.

The only way you ca move in with him if your parents give all your rights to your boyfriend, but you can't move out without your parents permission because your still a minor and your boyfriend is 23 and he could go to jail if your parents are not ok with it. So just stay home and with at least a year or two and see how everything is going with your parents and your boyfriend. No, the legal age for moving out without your parents permission is 18-years-old.

If your boyfriend is 18 he can go to jail and if hes not then the police take you back to your parents house whether you like it or not and I think the boyfriends parents get in trouble for letting you stay with them

If there's a good reason for not telling your parents, then it is okay, but it would be a better idea to introduce them when you can.

Not a good idea to keep it from your parents. If you get hurt, or something of that nature happens, and you've sneaked off to see your boyfriend, how are they going to know? On top of that, parents are usually a lot more willing to work with you on things like that than you think...try talking to them and explaining that he's your boyfriend and you want to spend time with him. I know my parents let me hang out with my boyfriend at that age, and trust me, I wasn't even allowed to leave that house most of the time. If all you mean is hanging out with him without your parents knowing he's your boyfriend, then just tell them he's your friend and you want some hang out time. Simple as that.

No. It may be illegal for you to have sex with him and since it is your parents house you can't legally move the boyfriend in without their permission but it's not illegal for him to live there. If he is also a minor and his parents don't want him to move in there could be problems.
