If you plan on doing this DON'T it is very unhealthy. If you want to lose weight eat a balanced diet and go for plenty of exersize, don't starve!

To clarify, being 200 lbs and 6 foot with a medium build is pretty normal if you're an american male. You won't be wearing 32 inch jeans (Unless you're a body builder) but you should still feel pretty good and be able to do most things. Instead of trying to loose weight, instead, try to gain muscle mass by working out or simply doing some labor.

You shouldn't starve yourself. Ever. This is not a game or some fad diet or something. Starving yourself leads to organ dysfunctions, organ shut downs, and death. Starvation (anorexia) is a disease. Don't starve, just alter your eating habits to eat healthy, proportional meals and exerciseregularly. Take it from someone already on the path, don't starve yourself.

starving yourself ISNT the answer, infact, if you do,you could gain up to 30 pounds. Exersize and diet, watch what you eat. it's the best way.

From expierence, I only lose 2lbs in 3 days, I'm looking to do it for 2 weeks. I'm hoping to lose 10lbs. From all the answers I got, you can lose 10lbs easy in a couple weeks.
