It sounds like you're well within the normal range. We don't use "stone" over here, but if memory serves, 1 stone = 14 pound... if that's right then you weigh about 140 pounds. At 14 you probably have a little growth left, so you might even get a little taller. Don't worry about it. The description you gave describes a healthy young man.
