If you aren't there the state is supposed to prosecute anyway. if it were here, it would be the state of New Jersy vs. (name of the person who commited the crime). It WASN'T dismissed because you weren't there but may have been dismissed for any number of other reasons. Like if he was unlawfully searched, etc.. Just call the prosecutors office and if you don't geta satisfactory reply fromthem,go to the State Attorney Generals office forsome answers.
