You need to be worried about the laws of your state. Boyfriend can't take you to another state to get married. First, it's illegal to take a minor across state lines without parental permission. Second, even if it wasn't, you couldn't get married anyway, because you're a minor without parental permission who is not a resident of their state.

With her parent's permission, she can live anywhere. Without it, she is at home.

At 16 you cannot get married unless you have permission from your parents.

No. You must have parental permission to get married if you are under 18. Being pregnant doesn't change the age.

well, you have to choose between the baby and the guy...i would keep the baby and leave the boyfriend and later take him to court...

With parental permission you can obtain a marriage license.

when you get pregnant you can get emancipated legally. believe me i have done it and im going to college while my husband now is in the service

Depends what state you are in, most likely yes but a parent will have to sign for you.

If by Victoria you mean the Australian state, and not the English one, then females can be as young as fourteen - men, sixteen. However, you will have to have your parent's and judge's/magistrate's permission. Once a female becomes sixteen, she will then only need a parent's permission, and it is entirely her decision after eighteen years of age (likewise with a male eighteen-year-old).

If both of your parents give permission, you can get married. Without their permission you will have to wait until you are both 18.

yes you can you are concidered an adult and you can be charged for that

To get married in the United Kingdom, the rules are about the same as the United States of America. You can be sixteen with parental permission, otherwise you have to wait until you are of the legal age of eighteen. There is one exception, where in Scotland you can marry at sixteen without parental permission.

Not in most locations in the world. The 16 will require permission from the parents. Or have a court order that allows it.

who do you want the restraining order on? The girl your son got pregnant? Yes you can.

If you mean the legal consenting age for sex, it will vary from state to state, for females it is almost always eighteen, although in some states girls of sixteen can marry with permission from parents or legal guardian, in Virginia, the legal consenting age for men is sixteen while it is eighteen for females.

technically yes but no too because you shouldn't be pregnant anyways
