If you are trying to get pregnant and the day after ovulation you drank too much and got sick can the alcohol or vomiting affect conception chances?
This shouldn't affect your chances of conceiving. Just remember not to do this once you are pregnant.
Alcohol goes into your bloodsteam...so vomiting won't remove any alcohol already there. If you have some alcohol that is sitting in your stomach when you vomit...some of that won't have the opportunity to get processed and go into your bloodstream so it may reduce the percentage of alcohol that you would have ended up having in your blood...or reduce the amount of time that you are drunk
Only time, vomiting will keep their blood alcohol from rising more, but do not induce vomiting if they are unconscious, if they are unconscious alcohol poisoning must be considered. If the blood alcohol level is high enough they can stop breathing and die. If they are unconscious or do not respond, call an ambulance to be safe.
If a person is alcoholic and has stopped alcohol for few days and continuously vomiting then what should be the reason?
Nothing. You're considered 2 weeks pregnant before you even have sex. The 1st day of your period is the start of week one and the best time to get pregnant in a 28 day cycle is around day 14. As the pregnancy calendar goes from the 1st day of the last period you're considered 2 weeks pregnant before conception takes place.
Vomiting after consuming alcohol is a sign that you had too much. That in itself is dangerous. The bile is probably no big deal. At least you know your liver is still working. Although, vomiting reguarly damages teeth, can the throat lining. However, that would need to be over a period of time of reguarly vomiting

CDC treatment guidlines list possible treatments for non-pregnant patient as azithromycin, doxycycline, erythromycin, ofloxacin, and levofloxacin. Pregnant women may also use amoxicillin.
