If you buy an app on the App Store but your computer will not let you download it onto an iPad and you do not know why what should you do?

I suggest that you should considered the procedure that you have carried out in order to be trapped in that predicament. Typically, iPhone/iPod Touch owners can transfer some of the iPhone/iPod Touch apps onto the iPad if desired. Although; were you transfering the iPhone/iPod Touch app to the iPad, or were you simply buying an iPad app? Here are some steps you can take to solve either of the following:

Transfering iPhone/iPod Touch apps to iPad:

1. You should have the iPad hooked up the USB cable that's in your computer.

2. Look on your Apps section of the iPad section. Somewhere along there, there should be a list of all your apps that you had on the iPhone/iPod Touch. You can then check some of those that can be formatted to iPad (you can still get the apps that are formatted only on the iPhone/iPod touch, but it will look smaller than usual).

3. Finally, sync it and you are ready to go!

Buying an iPad app:

4. Wait until it shows up on your iPad.

5. Click sync so that it is updated (some apps require their own updates).
