If you do not exercise how does it effect your health?

Well instead of losing weight you have started to build it up. If you exercise then you lose sweat which carries all the waste out of your system. If you don't all that waste sits there and will probably go to your thighs. Also we have heard about obesity. That are just some of the ways not exercising can affect your health.
