Reinstall Windows or reset the old password with windows password reset tool. I do not recommend you to reinstall Windows, which may lead a data loss. So if you really can not remember the password, try following steps:
1. Download Window Password Seeker on another PC from passwordseeker.com
2. It is an ISO file. Burn the ISO file to a CD/DVD or a USB flash drive.
3. Boot the locked computer from CD/DVD and remove Windows password
