If you have dark shades under your eyes from a lack of sleep. Will getting more sleep make those shades GO AWAY?

Maybe, but not necessarily. Dark circles can be caused by a few different conditions, such as: Persistent eye rubbing; Allergies; Dehydration; Thin Under-eye Skin, etc. Teenagers often need more than 8 hours of sleep a night, so if you are still in your teens you may want to try sleeping 9-10 hours. If you have sinus problems, such as a post-nasal drip, allergies are likely the cause and you should go to a doctor for testing and possible treatment.
