You may be pregnant, but just didn't get a positive result yet. Go see a doctor or take another home test. I would go to a doctor considering all of your symptoms.

That's my question too... I did 3 tests 3 diff weeks and all said negative but it has been a month since my period was supposed to come and my breasts are sore, bigger, full of milk lines and I leaked today. I really hope I am pregnant. I have quit nursing for about 3 months now maybe more... and with my first baby I leaked rather late in the pregnancy.

It is most likely colostrom.... yes, it can happan... depending on your pregnancy... my second pregnancy I leaked colostrom from about 20 weeks on.... It is just a sign your body is getting prepared to nourish your baby :) Yes it is possible to experience leaky breasts during this time. It isn't actually breast milk but is called Colostrum. It does look very similar to breast milk though. Your breast milk will come on once you have given birth to your baby. Congratulations.

When you're pregnant, you may leak what's called Colostrum. It looks like breast milk, but it's actually the very first stages of breast milk. Colostrum is thin so the newborn can learn to suck and swallow. Coloustrum is usually leaked in the 3rd trimester (28 weeks-40 weeks gestation) Colostrum is what your baby intially feeds on after they're born. The breast milk itself will gradually come in, and it's nothing to worry about because Colostrum is all nutrients.
