Sounds like a ground problem. When you open a door the switch controlling the interior lights grounds, making them come on. I think maybe someone hooked up a ground to that system of wires and is making other things work the same way.
Oil lamps and kerosene heater, flashlites, battery radio
The flux capacitor, obviously.
The cause of your power doors and locks and radio volume not to work could be a blown fuse. Locate the proper fuse to ensure it has not blown.
Because the car needs all the power it can get to start so you heater and maybe radio cut out for a few seconds.
Crossed wires that have corroded together can cause your heater and radio to stop working, at the same time. The heater and radio are not related in any other way.
The car battery. Same as the lights, cigarette lighter, windshield wipers, power windows, power seats, and the heater (for a little while), when the engine is off.

Those are two seperate circuits. Start with checking the fuses. There is a fuse for the radio and a fuse for the heater blower motor.
where are the fuses to the radio located at
yes u have most likely blown the radio fuse cus the radio and heater ar the same fuse
You have get the power plant running. Then you have to go to the radio tower in lavender town to update the pokegear. Then move the curaor to the top in the radio reciever and close the pokegear.
Either there's a crank on the door which you turn to roll down the window, or there are buttons in the center console which actuate the power windows... if the doors have been taken off of the vehicle and the power windows aren't working afterwards, make sure they were plugged back in when the doors were reinstalled.
