You get the lowest voltage. Although it's not quite that simple. The higher voltage batteries will charge up the lower voltage ones to some extent, so you'll get the highest voltage that the lowest voltage battery can support while being charged by the other batteries.

Each branch in a parallel circuit may hold several resistors yes or no?

No. What you are describing is a series-parallel circuit, not a parallel circuit.

Can each branch in a parallel circuit may hold several resistors?

Yes, but then it would be a 'series-parallel' circuit, not a 'parallel' circuit!

Explain the reasons for the use of a range of voltages in an electricity supply system?

Several reasons for different voltages. At the heart of it is that to deliver the same power, voltage and current are inversely related. The other aspect is safety. So for the grid, high voltages are used to maximize power transmission within the current limits of the cables. In industrial environments, equipment may require a lot of power - that requires high voltages as well Domestic requirements are not so power-hungry so 120 or 240 volts are adequate, and are also safer (well... less dangerous) than higher voltages.

They are parallel episodes in which the story teller repeats the main outline of an episode several times.

Is a bed parallel line?

No. A bed is a three dimensional object: it cannot be a single parallel line. However, a bed will susually contain several sets of lines that are parallel.

How can you identify a circuit as a parallel circuit?

You can identify that a circuit is parallel by checking to see how many paths it can take. If it only has one path then it is a series circuit. If it is a parallel circuit it can have several paths.

What is a parallel ports?

Parallel Ports is a noun. Parallel Ports means a connector for a device that sends or receives several bits of data simultaneously by using more than one wire.

What do parallel circuit NOT have in common with series circuit?

Parallel circuits have several things that are not in common with series circuit.First, parallel circuits have the same voltage across the different elements, whereas series circuit have the same current going through the different elements. If you are trying to find the total resistance across a parallel circuit and compare it to a series circuit, you have to use different equations. For the series circuit: Rtotal = R1 + R2 + R3 + etc...For the parallel circuit: 1/Rtotal = 1/R1 + 1/R2 + 1/R3 + etc...I hope that helps.Dr. Yacob Astatke, Morgan State University, Baltimore, Maryland

What is a parallel device?

There are several meanings of parallel device. It can mean having two or more computers working on the same problem at the same time. This is called parallel computing. Or it can mean any device hooked up to the parallel port on a computer. Parallel ports are fairly obsolete, so you are less likely to see this version of parallel device in the future.
