You should stop irregardless: you just hit a poor innocent animal with your car!! Stop and render whatever aid you can. Call a vet, or take the dog to one yourself. Have you no conscience at all?
Not necessarily. Would depend on the situation. Did anyone see you hit it?
If you hit an unleashed dog that runs infront of your car while driving the speed limit, what is your legal responsibility?
I usually open the window or give the dog some food.
to stop your dog from being clingy, you must be firm with it, push it away soon it will realise that you dont want it round you all the time.
stop swearing you idoit!
Any dog must stop barking to bite, therefore, a barking dog is not yet 'ready' to bite
No but the more you let him ride the less he will whine.
How dare you even think to leave your dog out in the snow?!?!?!?! ....................../´¯/) ....................,/¯../ .................../..../ ............./´¯/'...'/´¯¯`·¸ ........../'/.../..../......./¨¯\ ........('(...´...´.... ¯~/'...') .........\.................'...../ ..........''...\.......... _.·´ ............\..............(
You could be extreme and muzzle the dog in the car. Another option is to buy a truck:)
First (if your dog throws up in the car, this is a bad idea) get your dog in the car. Get something your dog likes: treats, toys, etc. Don't shut the car door, (it might put pressure on the dog) but do keep a leash on the dog. Start the car up (don't mind the beeping of when a car door isn't shut) but get the thing your dog likes and give it to the dog. If the dog jumps out, try it again with the door shut. It worked on my dog. For more info email: cheywalksdogs@gmail.com

Ask them to stop. You can also call animal control or ASPCA.
