If you just replaced your faucet using a flexible tube from the wall why would the hot water be a white creamy color?
It shouldn't have anything to do with the flex line. It's probably from build up in your water lines that got loosened by shutting the water off. It sounds funny but it happens all the time. I've seen water lines that are so plugged up it's a wonder that water even got through them. The smallest wrenching or banging can shake the particles loose. Try taking off your airator,(the screen on your foucet where the water comes out). You unscrew it clean it or replace it and run the water for a couple minutes with it off. this should clear your lines.
if it is a creamy color coming from a radiator look in the oil by looking at the inside bottom of the cap,if it is creamy too, then you have a blown head gasket. that creamy color is water and oil mixed here is a better answer if the coolant in tank is creamy you have water getting in oil you could have a blown head gasket, a cracked block or a cracked head all vehicles…
