If you know a person's social security number is there some way you can find out if they are a US citizen without requesting paperwork from them?
People don't have SSN#'s unless they have at one point been a citizen of the USA. people with legal green cards and who are working can get a ssn--you can not work in the US without one I do not think
Once a doctor has determined that you are un-employable, and after you have filled out and sent in the proper paperwork to Social Security Disability, it can take quite a while. No time frame can be given because each case is different. Be prepared to be denied at least once. You might have to appeal several times.
In excel the person or persons requesting the worksheet should supply their requirements in a document?
Yes ... but A citizen of another country can sue persons in or from the USA The problem is where is the lawsuit filed. Filing away from the residence or outside the USA may not be legal or enforceable. Me for example: USA citizen but permanent resident (legal) of Canada. You would have to file against me in Canada.

Can a bahamian deportee marry a us citizen and can it eventually get the persons back into the u.s.?
The citizen BELONGS in the US, but if the NON citizen has been deported... Well it is practically IMPOSSIBLE to go back, for the deportee to pretty much step on US ground is illegal. BUT the citizen might be helpful in succeeding chances of getting a work permit for the deportee, then you could climb the ladder from there.
