∙ 14y agoNo, it won't. Milk worsens acne due to the cows hormones. Pregnant cows produce milk that are full of hormones. When the hormones are digested and broken down into androgen it promotes to the production of sebrum. Sebrum is a waxy substance secreted from your glands surrounding your pores, which turns into acne.
