Unless you have your eating under control - nothing. Depending on your weight, size, gender etc, running for 20 minutes may lose you about 200 calories - that's half a cupcake's worth. For that to make a difference anytime soon you need to have your eatin really well under control.

Assuming all your eating is right on the money, then losing 200 calories/day may let you lose 1 lb/week.

This question is impossible to answer. It would depend on how well trained you are, how fast you run, how far you run, if you run uphill or downhill, how much you ate before running, how much you ate after running, your basal metabolic rate, etc.

No matter what the answer to all of these questions, even if everything were in your favour, the number of pounds you could possibly lose will be very small, much, much less than 1 pound.

Practically, you can lose about two pounds per week safely and sanely, and maintain that loss over time by modifying your food intake and elevating your exercise regimen. Twenty days is just shy of three weeks, so about six pounds.

Depending on what you eat in a day, but 20 minutes a day is a good start. If you don't consume too many calories throughout the week, you can lose .2 to 1 pound a week.

Running 20 minutes each day will result in weight loss, provided it is part of a healthy balanced diet. The two go together.
