Euro star tickets can easily be found online at rail Europe, the train line or B-Europe. Tickets can also be purchased at any railway station in Europe at the Euro star vendors.
According to the official website - a one-way ticket from Paris to London costs £138.
I don't think you can you can go by tube but you can go by euro star and that leaves from the tube station there's one in Portland place its an overground train although it spends some time under water in a tunnel.
A five star hotel will cost you between 200 and 500 euro's per night. The real top hotels will range around 1000 euro's per night. But it is also possible to stay at a hostel in Paris for as little as 30 - 50 euro's.
The journey from London to Paris by Eurostar takes around 2 hours 15 minutes. You then have to find your way to Versailles which should take roughly 45 minutes to an hour, depending on when the local trains arrive.

To catch a train before 09:00, you would need to board the 08:19 from Waterloo - which would get you into Paris by 11:47.
