Yes. It will fit but not properly, a cali/king is longer and more narrow than a standard king. Finding a Cal-King frame can be hard to find. However, there are some frames that can be adjustable from East King to Cal King. Also, you can find them on Amazon. Search for Structures by Malouf and pick their Universal Frame. They also have high rise bedframes which can be really nice and dismiss the need for a box spring!
